Personalized professional and personal coaching designed for you

Soaring origami, like butterflies, showing the magic of changing our beliefs

Beliefs

Beliefs are like maps of how things are supposed to work, but beliefs need to be updated when they impede growth.

Decision Making

Decisions are processes influenced by facts, probabilities, randomness, and hopes. How we make them is vital to meeting goals.

Interpersonal Style

We all have a style when in professional and personal relationships. Learning to use that style, or tweak it, is core to moving toward our dreams.

Coaching Sessions

All services are by mutual agreement and can be ended by either party when needed. This is NOT therapy, but we will work toward meaningful change.

Currently, individual services are remote. I have found this is just as effective as in person work. You'll need reliable wi-fi, or we can use the phone as an alternative. (On site work is sometimes negotiated for intensive corporate work) For all tele-coaching, prices are listed —>>

My fees are built on a sliding scale, based on income. Many coaches fees exclude the average earner. Mine are designed to cover a wide range of incomes and ability to pay.

My fees are income based and range from $50 to $150. Each consultation is 45-50 minutes in length

Currently, I accept Venmo payments only.

To explore whether my services can fit for you, I provide a free 15 min phone consult. If it makes sense for us to work together after that consult, we can set up an appointment. I’m happy to answer your questions and explore the possibility of working together. (It’s important that you know this is not therapy, nor is it meant to replace it. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact the appropriate services in your city or state.)
