ABOUT
“Work is what you do for others.
Art is what you do for yourself.”
Stephen Sondheim
I worked and creatively practiced therapy for 30 years. I came to understand that the best work I did, and that I observed in others, was a form of artistic expression, a stylistic use of self, that fostered significant perspective change in clients.
My practice now is almost exclusively designed to help new and intermediate therapists foster their own unique style in therapy sessions, so that every action, use of language, etc. is a congruent and creative expression of the therapists craft.
This is NOT supervision. I have retired from most direct client work and am now focusing on this work, photography, and writing.
Our dialogues focus on helping you feel more comfortable in your own skin and to tap into your own unique way of helping others.
